Does anyone have tips for dealing with nerves and anxiety during padel matches? I consider myself an intermediate player and can keep rallies going with good players during practice. But when I compete in games, I suddenly get tense and start making silly errors. My shots fall apart even though my technique is decent as soon as there are “stakes” on the outcome. Anyone else dealt with this mindset issue? Would love to hear how you worked past it to play more relaxed and confident during actual games or tournaments.
