With padel, you typically don't need to change the actual grip itself very often since you use overgrips that absorb most of the wear. However, if you do need to replace the main grip, squash or tennis grips work well as substitutes.
I've used Karakal Super PU replacement grips a few times on my padel rackets when the original grip was damaged. The tacky texture and comfort were perfect for padel, just like with my squash rackets. Most sporting good stores will have replacement tennis/squash grips that can double for padel too.
Just make sure to get a grip size that matches your padel handle. An overgrip on top helps dial in the fit. But overall, you can confidently use tennis and squash grips as alternatives if you ever need to regrip your padel racket.
