Spin King Just like other physical activities, we often suffer from body pains or muscle discomfort after playing padel. How do your deal with it? Do you get a massage or do cooling down exercises?
Deb Cook I use liniment oil and massage the areas with pain. I find it relaxing as well. At first, the muscle discomfort feels bad but if you play more often, the muscles will then adjust on this activity and the pain will be more tolerable.
Clay I just put ice on the areas where I feel pain to lessen it. But if it's a serious pain already, I would for sure consider having checked or opt for physical therapy.
